Delivery

UK : Over 100 GBP Free shipping

All other countries: Tracked Service via Royal Mail 15.00 GBP, Non-Tracked Service via Royal Mail 9.00 GBP Tracked service via Korean Shipping Company 12.50 GBP

We usually dispatch within 2-3 days. In principle we have all products shown available in stock. If any item is out of stock, we will contact the customer via email.

We cannot take responsibility for late deliveries due to post office or customs delays. If the package is unclaimed and returned to us by post office, we will charge 20% of the product value as processing fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tax

Customers are responsible for eventual customs duties and local taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Right to return

According to distance selling regulations, customers have the right to return orders within 14 days after receiving the items without reason. All returned items must be received in their original condition, in original packaging with all tags attached and instruction and inserts included, no signs of use or washed. Due to hygiene reasons underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

We regret that we cannot refund the return shipping cost unless the items are faulty or delivered in error. We cannot refund return items lost or damaged in transit, so sending the items by insured and traceable mail is highly recommended.

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will organize the refund for you. Depending on the type of refund and the card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Refunds cannot be given on shipping cost, gift voucher purchases or discount codes.

Any complaint about missing items after 5 days of receipt will not be accepted.
